Terms of Use
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Norm Calendar (“Norm,” “we,” “us”) for access to normcalendar.com and related apps, booking pages, and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Norm.
A few labels we use, similar to other scheduling products:
- Hosts — people with a Norm account who publish booking links.
- Guests — people who book time with a host (they may not have an account).
- Visitors — anyone else browsing the site.
The Service (including beta)
Norm helps hosts share availability, honor holidays, and take bookings. The product is in beta. Features can change, break, or be removed as we learn. We do not promise that holiday calendars, third-party sync, or email delivery will be complete for every tradition, region, or provider.
Eligibility and accounts
- Hosts and guests may use the Service from any country. You must follow the laws that apply to you, and you must be able to form a binding contract where you live.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting your password and connected calendar access.
- During private beta, signup may require an invite code. We may reclaim handles, slugs, or URLs that are misleading or abusive.
Acceptable use
You may use Norm to schedule real meetings. You agree not to:
- Violate law or other people’s rights
- Send spam, phishing, or deceptive booking messages
- Harass anyone or collect guest data you have no right to collect
- Probe, scrape, or overload the Service, or bypass security or rate limits
- Reverse engineer the Service except where the law says you may
- Resell the Service as if it were your own scheduling platform
- Impersonate another person or organization
We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe break these rules.
Your content and guest data
You keep ownership of names, copy, logos, and other content you upload. You grant us a license to host and process that content only to run and improve the Service. Hosts are responsible for guest information they collect (including any extra questions on a booking form) and for telling guests how that data will be used.
We claim no ownership of your calendar events or guest lists. The Service itself — software, design, and trademarks — stays ours or our licensors’.
Integrations
Optional connections (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Zoom, Stripe, and similar) are governed by those companies’ terms. We are not responsible for outages, permission changes, or data handling on their side. You can disconnect an integration in Settings.
Early access, plans, and payments
A new account includes two months free, with the full product for one person. After that, Personal ($9/month or $84/year) keeps one business open, and Pro ($12/month or $120/year) keeps as many as you need, with your own branding. Founding Member is Pro at $49/year, locked for the first 50 people. Business is $25/month. Organizations is $500/month. Community bundles for members are arranged with us. The yearly price includes about two months. If you cancel, meetings already booked stay, and the pages stop taking new times. The account and the holidays on it remain. Fees, if any, are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Electronic communications
Using the Service or submitting the contact form counts as electronic communication. You agree we may send service emails (confirmations, security, material legal updates). Booking emails to guests are part of providing the Service to the host.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IN WHATEVER CURRENCY YOU PAID), OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID.
Termination
You may stop using Norm and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that should naturally survive (including IP, disclaimers, and limits of liability) will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. If you keep using the Service after the update, you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using Norm and delete your account.
